When Rep. Mike Gallagher ( R-WI) announced his retirement and date that fell after a special election could be held, he did more than ensure Republicans could not replace him before January and deny his constituents representation.

Republican congressman who chairs who chairs the Select Committee on the Chinese Communist Party, he left unfinished his work exposing the Chinese e-retailers Temu and Shein, work that started with a flourish.

On June 23, when the committee report was released, Gallagher said: “These results are shocking: Temu is doing next to nothing to keep its supply chains free from slave labor…“At the same time, Temu and Shein are building empires around the de minimisloophole in our import rules—dodging import taxes and evading scrutiny on the millions of goods they sell to Americans. We need to take a hard look at this loophole that is being abused to tilt the playing field against American companies.”

Now there are more than 685 million packages that are shipped tax-free, because the import tax loophole exempts packages addressed to a residence.

Speaker Johnson is going to give Ukraine $60 billion next week and claims part of it is a “LOAN” to Ukraine.

Our government funds Ukraine’s government at $1 billion every single month just to keep their government running.

We are even paying their pensions!

But there are two countries that could afford to pay us back.

Pennsylvania Lawmakers To Appeal ‘Bidenbucks’ Lawsuit To U.S. Supreme Court

Pennsylvania’s legal battle over “Bidenbucks” will go on after a federal judge dismissed a lawsuit last week brought by a group of PA lawmakers.

The lawsuit challenged President Joe Biden’s ‘constitutionally suspect’ EO that uses federal agencies as a Democrat ‘get-out-the-vote’ machine. 

A group of 26 lawmakers from the Pennsylvania General Assembly plan to ask the U.S. Supreme Court to hear the lawsuit against the president and PA Gov. Josh Shapiro (D).

Attorney Frank Kaardal, who represents the group, said “We’re going to be petitioning for accelerated review by the Supreme Court, using the Purcell Principle, not as a shield but as a sword…”

📝 The Purcell Principle involved the timeliness of election rules, asserting that changing laws just before an election could confuse voters and create headaches for election administrators.

Peter Bernegger was arrested last night by the Dane County Sheriff’s office and booked this morning for “Simulating Legal Process.”

🚨Federal court strikes down Biden's climate rule for states

In a win for Kentucky and 21 other states, a federal district court has overturned the Biden Administration’s Climate rule that required states to track and set reduction goals for greenhouse gas emissions from vehicles on highways.

Judge Benjamin Beaton. U.S. District Court for the Western District of Kentucky, ordered the Federal Highway Administration to stand down on the rules, which the agency finalized in November.

According to the lawsuit, the FHWA overstepped its legal authority in attempting to regulate vehicle emissions since it attempted to force states to implement federal regulations.

I have strong opinions on Politicians and Policies. I speak my mind and sometimes I can be harsh. However, I believe that people have more in common than we do different. I don't buy into Politicians and Media's narrative that we are or should be divided.

I treat people I meet with respect and judge them by their character. Please don't have an Us VS Them mentality. We can disagree and still be friends. I know that sentiment isn't shared by many people who buy into the rhetoric but we shouldn't allow the elite to divide us. They are doing it to control us. I promise, it isn't for our benefit.

It may sound old fashion, but we should love and support our neighbor. No matter how different or far away they might be.

NEW REPORT REVEALS DIRTY SECRET OF ARMY PSYCHOLOGICAL OPERATIONS
Contrary to Hollywood depictions, Army psyops are an understaffed and ineffective mess.

The IG report, “Evaluation of the DoD Military Information Support Operations Workforce” finds that the Army, which is the primary Defense Department proponent for battlefield influence and deception, has failed to staff its own psyops units, This is at a time when the Pentagon struggles with fighting Russian, Chinese, and Iranian disinformation campaigns, particularly about U.S. military operations and bases.

A December 2010 secretary of defense memorandum, during the Obama administration, replaced the term “psyops” with Military information Support Operations, or MISO.

But, the Army continues to use the term “psyop” or psyops when referring to its units and to the overall career field.

In its March report, the IG found that the Army’s four Psyops groups (two active duty and two in the reserves):

✔️Operated with only 60% of their authorized strength.
✔️1/3 of Army Reserve psyops detachments, exist only on paper, most being completely unmanned
✔️Only 1/4 of the detachments had assigned and qualified commands (captains) required to pursue their missions.

MISO and other types of info ops are the main way the military responds to adversaries without engaging in armed combat. Yet despite this allegedly critical function, the IG found that “the Army does not have sufficient MISO-qualified military personnel in its Army Reserve and active component MISO units or serving in MISO positions on joint force command staffs to meet the increasing demand.”

The largest fresh egg producer in the US has found bird flu in chickens at Texas and Michigan plants

Ridgeland, Mississippi-based Cal-Maine Foods, Inc., the largest producer of fresh eggs in the U.S. has temporarily halted production at a Texas plant on Tuesday after bird flu was found in chickens. Officials said the virus has also been found at poultry facility in Michigan.

In a statement, the company said that approximately 1.6 million laying hens and 337,000 pullets, about 3.6% of its total flock; were destroyed after the avian influenza, was found at the facility in Parmer County, Texas.

The company said there is no known bird flu risk associated with eggs that are currently in the market and no eggs have been recalled.
