Trump sues two Truth Social co-founders, claiming the former Apprentice stars' mistakes cost him money and that they should be stripped of their shares
A complaint was filed in February by co-founders, Andy Litinsky and Wes Moss, in Delaware seeking to prevent Trump from taking steps that they said would sharply reduce their combined 8.6% stake in Trump Media.
Trump's lawsuit claims that co-founders, Litinsky and Moss, mishandled an attempt to take Trump Media public several years ago, allegedly putting the whole project 'on ice' for more than a year and a half.
Trump owns about 57% of the company, although he is locked out of selling shares for a period of six months, unless the company's board votes to allow a sale.

The Biden administration is reported to be putting a hold on plans to replenish the nation’s energy stockpiles, citing cost.
The administration’s target for the buys is $79 a barrel, but its purchase of 2.8 million barrels last month averaged approximately $81 per barrel. Oil prices Wednesday on the West Texas Intermediate were over $85 per barrel.
After the Biden admin drained the strategic supply to lower gas prices in 2020, Energy Secretary Jennifer Granholm had stated in March it would be refilled by the end of 2004. But, the purchase now appears to be on hold.
Daniel Turner, executive director of Power The Future said in a statement: “Joe Biden drained the SPR for political reasons, cut our domestic production for his climate agenda and now he’s leaving our critical reserve more vulnerable because he’s incompetent. As a result, Americans are paying more at the pump, more at the grocery store and our SPR is less full during a time of rising turmoil in the Middle East…”
