Supreme Court allows enforcement of Idaho ban on gender-affirming care for transgender minors

A divided vote in the Supreme Court allows Idaho to mostly enforce a law that bans gender-affirming health care for transgender teens.

The court said the law enacted last year could go into effect statewide but cannot be applied against the two plaintiffs who challenged it.

🚨BREAKING: FISA moves to Senate without provision requiring warrants to conduct searches of Americans

On Monday a House vote moves 702 of the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act (FISA) Bill to the Senate.

The bill passed in the House with a vote of 259-128.

The bill now goes to the Senate without any provision requiring warrants on the surveillance of Americans who are in communications with foreign actors.

Prosecutors said during Monday’s hearing that three of Trump’s social media posts from this month "plainly violate" Judge Juan Merchan’s gag order, claiming they target witnesses who will be testifying at the trial.

Pfizer to pay $0 in taxes, despite billions in income

In fact, Pfizer is expecting a hefty refund!

Despite bringing in $58 billion in revenue and billions in net income for 2023, Pfizer is not paying a dime in taxes.

Over the years, Pfizer has produced an incredibly extensive overseas tax shelter apparatus, one that includes hundreds of subsidiaries, which exist in over 60 different countries.

For many years, Pfizer, like many of its Fortune 100 peers, has offshored virtually all of its profits, effectively zeroing out its tax burden.

Last year, the pharmaceutical industry more than $381 million to employ 1,851 lobbyists in D.C.

During his SOTU, Biden declared, “we finally beat Big Pharma … I also want to end the tax breaks for Big Pharma, Big Oil, private jets, and massive executive pay!”

Well, so much for that.

Reminder: A 2018 Letter from Michael Cohen’s lawyer to the FEC admits Cohen used his own personal funds to pay Stormy Daniels.

Donald Trump was not a party to the transaction, and did not reimburse Cohen for payment.

This New York case should have been immediately thrown out.
