This is happening as the Protecting Americans from Foreign Adversary Controlled Applications (TikTok Bill) has passed in the House and will be voted on in the Senate.

Letitia James Under Pressure to Show Why She Rejected Trump Bond

NY AG  Letitia James has challenged Donald Trump’s $175 million bond payment.

On Monday, James will have to explain why the challenge was not taken "unnecessarily and for vexation” as ruled by a judge. 

Judge Arthur Engoron set the April 22nd hearing after Trump's legal team filed to prove that Knight Specialty Insurance Company was legally permitted to post the bond for Trump.

If Trump wins the case on Monday, James will be required  to pay the costs Trump incurred in reapplying to the court with new bond paperwork.

Meet The Pennsylvania Lawmaker Leading The United States’ ‘Most Important Election Integrity Case’

Pa Rep. Dawn Keefer has become the ‘go-to’ legislator on election law over her four terms in office. With over 20 years of public-and private-sector experience, she brings a passion to election integrity issues.

Keefer “I have personally dug into this issue. I have colleagues come up to me all the time and ask me about election laws…I know how it should be done, and how it is actually being done.” 

“I’m just trying to get [officials] to follow the laws in the first place.” 

Keefer is leading the charge against Joe Biden’s EO turning federal agencies into a get-out-the-vote army for his re-election. ‘Bidenbucks’ is essentially this election’s ‘Zuckerbucks’

Keefer and her 26 legislative colleagues have sued the Biden administration, Pennsylvania leftist Gov. Josh Shapiro, and several state officials in federal court. They seek an injunction on Biden’s fiat that commands all federal “departments and agencies” to “partner” with state, local, tribal, and territorial election officials on voter registration and other GOTV initiatives.

Keefer and the Freedom Caucus argue it’s not the business of the federal government. They assert the constitutional rights of states under the Elections and Elections Clauses to operate elections without federal meddling.

The lawsuit asserts: “[A]ll agency action in conformity with [EO] 14019 is without congressional delegation or funding, and conducted merely by executive fiat.”

Last month, a Federal Judge dismissed the case. Keefer and the caucus are taking their case to the U.S. Supreme Court.

Keefer also wants Pennsylvania to join a growing list of states to leave the ERIC System.

JUST IN: Senate Passes Bill to Renew FISA Warrantless Spy Program 60-34, Sending the Tyrannical Legislation to Biden’s Desk – Here are the 30 “Republicans” Who Voted Yes

Minutes after it was scheduled to expire, with a vote of 60-34, the Senate passed Section 702 of the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act (FISA) for 2 additional years.

The legislation now goes to Joe’s desk where he will sign it.

Before the final vote, the Senate defeated 6 amendments attempting to expand civil liberties in the process.

But don’t worry, the ‘Congressional Carve Out’ remains in the legislation:

Wikipedia Founder Says Website Is Corrupted By NPR's Katherine Maher, Who May Have Worked With Intel Agencies.

Katherine Maher led the Wikimedia Foundation that oversees the online resource, before her stint at NPR as CEO.

Larry Sanger, the co-founder of Wikipedia commented about Maher: “For the ex-CEO of Wikipedia to say that it was somehow a mistake for Wikipedia to be ‘free and open,’ that it led to bad consequences—my jaw is on the floor…I can’t say I’m terribly surprised that she thinks it, but I am surprised that she would say it.”

During her tenure as the head of the Wikimedia Foundation, Maher said that she “took a very active approach to disinformation” and “through conversations with government” targeted what she deemed misinformation . Responding to Maher’s claim, Sanger acknowledged that she likely worked with U.S. intelligence agencies to suppress political dissenters.

TikTok ban now ‘inevitable’ after House passes bill forcing sale

“The House of Representatives has overwhelmingly passed a bill that will ban TikTok in the United States unless its Chinese owner divests from the company — making final passage into law “inevitable,” insiders say.”

“The ban was buried inside a $95 billion foreign aid package for Ukraine, Israel and Taiwan and has gotten comparatively little attention.”

US agrees to withdraw troops from key drone base in Niger

The United States agreed Friday to withdraw its more than 1,000 troops from Niger.

This ends the U.S. posture in West Africa where the United States had built a base in the desert city of Agadez at the cost of $100 million to fly a fleet o drones.

This creates a new regional gain for Russia which has ramped up its focus on Africa and backed military regimes in neighboring Mali and Burkina Faso.

SOS Blinken had visited Niger in March of 2023 vowing economic support for one of the world’s poorest countries and seeking to bolster elected president Mohamed Bazoum who was a strong Western ally before being ousted by junta.
