Supreme Court exposes Biden’s selective prosecution of political opponents
Justices Gorsuch and Alito were puzzled by inconsistencies with which President Joe Biden’s appointees apply the law and with the wide scope they claim for it against disfavored defendants.
Contrarily, when people on the Left, even including members of Congress, disrupt government proceedings, including by use of force, Biden and his officials look the other way.
Gorsuch asked Biden’s solicitor general Elizabeth Prelogar: “Would a sit-in that disrupts a trial or access to a federal courthouse qualify [as illegal obstruction]?Would a heckler at today’s audience qualify or a heckler at the State of the Union address? Would pulling a fire alarm before a vote qualify for 20 years in federal prison?”
Prelogar stumbled throughout the questioning, including when Alito picked up on similar themes. A significant subset of the Jan. 6 rioters, while knowing they should not be in the Capitol were clueless about the congressional proceedings rather than intentionally trying to interfere with them. Yet this administration is throwing the book at scores of them.
Gorsuch and Alito clearly revealed the administration’s hypocrisy and unequal justice, unobstructed, for all the world to see.

Prosecutor Matthew Colangelo delivered the opening statement for the prosecution, opening by stating, "This case is about criminal conspiracy,". arguing that "The defendant, Donald Trump, orchestrated a criminal scheme to corrupt the 2016 presidential election."
He claimed Trump allegedly plotted with then-Trump attorney Michael Cohen, and Danielle Pecker who ran the company that owned The National Enquirer "to influence the presidential election by concealing negative information about former President Trump."

They alleged that Trump did not know about the invoices at the center of the case, and that Stormy Daniels "she saw her chance" to make money off Trump leading up to the 2016 election.
Trump attorney Todd Blanche said, "President Trump is innocent. President Trump did not commit any crimes."
"The Manhattan DA's office should never have brought this case," he added, according to ABC News.
Blanche said “None of this was a crime”, the 34 counts against Trump "are really just 34 pieces of paper." and noted that Cohen’s email signature said he was Trump’s attorney.
Regarding the prosecution’s allegations of election fraud, Blanche said: “I have a spoiler alert. There is nothing wrong with trying to influence an election. It's called democracy."

Senate Republicans are trying to KILL $95BILLION bill giving 'corrupt' Ukraine over $60 billion and Israel $26 billion because it has ZERO dollars for border security and could lead to TikTok takedown in the U.S.
While the Senate is wants to get to its’ scheduled recess, Republicans opposing the bill are demanding votes on amendments and procedural motions to hold up the bill, and are urging their colleagues to vote against it.
The Senate will vote to invoke cloture and begin debate on the bill Tuesday morning. This starts a 30-hour clock before they can vote on final passage, unless there's agreement to vote sooner.
Senate leaders could offer angry opposers votes on their amendments to keep them from holding up the legislation any longer.
Sen. Mike Lee, R-Utah, urged voters: 'We Don't Have To Pass This Bill Tell Your Senators To Vote 'No!' #KillTheBill.'
