Govt. Sues Republican Donors’ Biz for “Racially Discriminatory Hiring Practice” over Background Checks
The Biden administration appears to be using a federal agency to go after a family that has donated significantly to Republicans by suing its company for “racially discriminatory hiring practice” over background checks. ( criminal background checks!)
The business, Sheetz Inc., is a chain of convenience stores and the Sheetz family has long supported Republicans in Pennsylvania and the Midwest.
In the last few years, the Sheetz’s have donated hundreds of thousands of dollars to Republican causes and political candidates, according to records obtained by Judicial Watch.

Judge Merchan ultimately reserved his decision following a hearing on the gag order lasting nearly two hours.

DA Finally Reveals Underlying Crime Trump Allegedly Committed, and the Bidens Should be Nervous
"New York prosecutor Joshua Steinglass on Tuesday said the other crime was a violation of a New York law called 'conspiracy to promote or prevent election.'"
However, none of the allegedly falsified business records were dated in 2015; every alleged instance was in 2017.
Trump says the payments were for legal services and not reimbursement for any monies Cohen might have paid to Stormy Daniels.
There are legal problems with the prosecution's theory:
✔️First, non-disclosure agreements (NDAs) are not illegal,
✔️The underlying statute says that there has to be a conspiracy "to promote or prevent the election...by unlawful means."
