‘Extreme And Unlawful Overreach’: Biden Admin Unveils Final Plan To Push Climate Agenda On America’s Power Grid

The Biden administration claims that the rules are major actions to fight climate change that will not affect the grid’s reliability… but…energy sector experts are warning that the rules could cause serious reliability issues that would harm the American economy.

The rules include:

✔️A requirement for the country’s coal plants and new natural gas plants to install carbon capture and storage (CCS) technology to capture 90% of their carbon emissions in order to continue operations past 2039
✔️A measure to tighten mercury emissions standards for existing coal-fired plants by 70%
✔️Reduce pollutants in the wastewater that coal-fired plants produce

Dustin Meyer, API’s Senior VP made recommendations:

“The administration should instead focus on removing barriers to building new generation capacity and fixing our broken permitting process to allow for the development of critical infrastructure, including carbon capture and hydrogen technologies, to keep the lights on for the American people.”

The House Oversight and Accountability Committee were concerned that EPA’s power plant rules had serious practical and legal shortcomings.

Joe Biden’s pro-migration border chief is opening new processing centers for Muslim migrants, amid pro-HAMAS riots in U.S. cities and just after Congress granted $3.5 billion more for migration within the $95 billion aid package for Ukraine and Israel.

On April 23, DHS’s Visa granting agency released:

“The Biden-Harris administration set the refugee admission ceiling for fiscal year 2024 at 125,000 refugees…”

“With the opening of the Doha Field Office on May 7, 2024, and the Ankara Field Office on May 9, 2024, USCIS will have 11 international field offices. BREAKING: Harvey Weinstein's rape conviction OVERTURNED in New York Court of Appeals

With the judges voting 4-3 , the conviction was overturned based on the argument that the trial judge had erred by allowing testimony from women not among the trio who filed the complaint against him.

The judges stated in their opinion that "the remedy for these egregious errors is a new trial”.

Ivy League grads risk losing prized jobs for schools allowing antisemitic protests to fester: Wall Street honchos

Due to the responses to protests at Ivy League Schools
and universities like NYU and MIT, the business world appears to be now looking elsewhere for graduates to employ.

There is no such thing as a "fake elector."

It's a Democrat precedent from 1960. CNN's Van Jones advocated for them in 2020. Harvard Professor Larry Lessig advocated for them in 2020.

Democrats and their media flacks are attempting to criminalize a concept they themselves invented and have utilized with impunity.

Google claims it is stepping up efforts to combat online “misinformation” ahead of the European Union’s parliamentary elections in June with a new “prebunking” initiative. The European elections will likely serve as a dry run for Google’s attempts to influence the 2024 presidential election.

🚨 JOE BIDEN WANTS TO TURN YOUR 💡’s OFF 🚨

The Biden admin just ordered coal power plants to reduce their emissions by 90 PERCENT by 2032. This is going to cost energy companies $19 BILLION to become compliant with the new rule.

But what will it cost the American people?

Getting rid of coal and fossil fuels will make electricity unaffordable for many people. And why would we stop using some of our cheapest, most abundant resources?

Not only will energy costs soar, there likely won’t be enough to power AC in the summer or heat in the winter — both of which are life-saving!

Increased energy costs won’t just affect homeowners and renters; it’ll affect every business in our country.

These increased costs will be passed on directly to the consumer, further draining the already empty pockets of so many Americans in Joe Biden’s America.

Democrats want to use renewables incapable of providing the same amount of reliable energy provided by coal and fossil fuels in abundance.

Instead, they want to create bird cemeteries beneath their giant wind turbines that only work when the wind blows and solar farms that kill natural landscapes.

In fact, solar panels reflect so much heat back into the atmosphere they can actually change the climate single handedly. Talk about climate change!!

The earth absorbs heat and plants actually reduce carbon. Rather than taking care of our planet, Democrats want to play God, just as they do with far too many of our children, born and unborn.

If Democrats get their way, we are not going to be able to afford electricity to charge our government mandated electric vehicles and will be broke from high inflation while taxed at high rates.

Democrats literally want to plunge our country into darkness.

FCC votes to restore net neutrality rules

The agency voted 3-2 along partisan lines to revive Obama era rules barring broadband providers from blocking or throttling internet traffic to some websites and speeding up access to others that pay extra fees.   

The move brings broadband under the purview of the FCC by classifying it as telecommunications service under Title II of the Communications Act. 

Critics have argued that net neutrality rules would expand government control over the internet to solve a problem that has not been particularly pervasive.

The following banks were already being targeted in the probe looking to expose how the U.S. Treasury's Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN) and the FBI worked together:

7 other financial firms are also under investigation for ties to an FBI and FinCEN plot to spy on Americans' private banking transactions without first obtaining a warrant:
