Hunter Biden is reportedly threatening to sue Fox New for defamation, exploitation of his image and publication of hacked photographs.

The legal team has reportedly requested in writing that:
✔️Fox News hosts, including Sean Hannity, Jesse Waters and Maria Bartiromo, preserve documentation.
✔️Fox News take down their special, "The Trial of Hunter Biden", a six-part mock trial focused on his foreign business dealings.
✔️Fox News hosts update their viewers about the February indictment of Alexander Smirnov, a former informant charged with lying to the FBI about Hunter Biden's business dealings.
✔️All FoxNews.com articles be updated with an editor's note.

A response was request from Fox News by Friday, Apr. 26, but one has reportedly not been received.

Unhinged Trump Hater Gets Rude Awakening When Confronted by the Police

Richard Brothers (63) was arrested after security footage caught him keying a pickup truck with a “Let’s Go Brandon” sticker that sparked his outrage.

Brothers pulled a Fauci, saying, “I don’t recall,” until the police officer probed, “The green Toyota Tundra pickup truck that you walked up to? You don’t remember what you did?”

Brothers admitted that he walked by a truck before confessing, “I scratched it.”

Columbia says that students who refuse to disperse from their prohibited encampment will be suspended, but the protesters have called their bluff and refused. Even faculty are linking arms and attempting to blockade authorities from their encampment.

Years and years of weakness have brought universities to this point. Protesters see administrators as weak and think their threats are empty.

If Columbia wanted this problem to go away, the answer is simple: Have the protesters arrested for trespassing, prosecute them, expel them, and never look back.

NEW: Judge Finds Trump Violated Gag Order, Fines Him $9,000, but Agrees He Can Attend Barron's Graduation

Judge Juan Merchan issued a couple of significant rulings before beginning the trial today.

✔️ First, regarding Trump's request that he be excused from trial on May 17 to attend the high school graduation of his youngest son, Barron.

✔️ Found that Trump violated the order in nine of the 10 instances raised by the prosecution. Merchan fined him $9,000 ($1,000 for each violation) and ordered that he remove the offending posts.
