NEW: Judge Finds Trump Violated Gag Order, Fines Him $9,000, but Agrees He Can Attend Barron's Graduation

Judge Juan Merchan issued a couple of significant rulings before beginning the trial today.

✔️ First, regarding Trump's request that he be excused from trial on May 17 to attend the high school graduation of his youngest son, Barron.

✔️ Found that Trump violated the order in nine of the 10 instances raised by the prosecution. Merchan fined him $9,000 ($1,000 for each violation) and ordered that he remove the offending posts.

JUST IN: Michael Cohens former banker is now testifying. He says that Cohen created a company account and used a home equity line of credit to fund it with $130,000. Cohen then submitted a wire transfer to Keith Richardson, who was representing Stormy Daniels.

At no point has he testified that Donald Trump had anything to do with this, or made any payments himself. Everything was filled out and done by Cohen.

Once again, why is Trump on trial and not Cohen?

The worker reportedly yelled 'they held me hostage' after finally being let out of the building. 

Shortly after, he was released it was reported that another three workers were allowed to leave the building before protestors relocked the doors.

EXCLUSIVE: Internal DHS data reveals the 45+ U.S. cities that hundreds of thousands of migrants have flown into via the Biden administration's controversial "CHNV" mass parole program.

The data was obtained by @HomelandGOP via a subpoena to DHS, and was provided to @FoxNews.

The DHS data shows that during an 8 month stretch from January through August 2023, roughly 200,000 migrants flew into the U.S. via the program, with 80% of them, (161,562) arriving in the state of Florida in four cities: Miami, Ft. Lauderdale, Orlando, & Tampa.

I've attached the raw DHS data provided in the subpoena response showing all of the locations the migrants flew into during these 8 months in the chart below.

According to CBP data, at least 404,000 migrants have flown into the U.S. via the CHNV parole program since it first began:
