The war in Ukraine is a terrible travesty, but continuing the fighting is not the answer. It is time for Russia and Ukraine to come to the negotiating table and prevent anymore catastrophic loss of life.

The U.S. can not afford to continually supply Ukraine with money and arms. Especially, when that strategy is not producing positive results. I support Ukraine and their right to be a free and unoppressed people. However, you can't put the sand back in the box.

Joe Biden opened the door for this with his weak foreign policy. Especially, the withdrawal of Afghanistan. I know people like to blame that on Trump, incredulously. However, the buck stops with the man in charge, not his predecessor. Biden did NOT hold the Taliban to the agreed upon stipulations of the draw down and we all saw how he handled the pull-out.

So, I empathize with your point and I am heartbroken for the people of Ukraine, but we must operate in the reality we are in.
