i had a sudden thought

many years ago, one of my sisters got medics telling her she had to play wii because she really needed to move at least a bit. she refused to do so and is wheelchair bound for a bunch of months every year because she sistematically ignored and evaded all medic advice, including trespassing into houses to play computer games and steal credit card info instead of going to rehabilitation. my mother always said of that sister "she is inteligent but so very dumb".

but now it is my turn

i have just realized that, this friday, on the medical stuff i had, when they "gave me homework", one of the things they told me i have to do to try to avoid complete deafness, is to... go to youtube. of course i could get the sounds from somewhere else, thats not the point, but i find it funny that the medical recomendations on my family are "play videogames and watch youtube", in a way it sounds very funny to me

CN surgery

Starting to be excited and ever so slightly nervous. Good sign though, zero nervosity would be weird I guess.
Anyone here who went through top surgery? What do you wish you knew beforehand so you could have prepared for it? I already know that I'll be a T-rex the first two weeks.
