i wanted the "Under sea ecosystems are bullshit" shitpost because reasons but didnt have the image at hand, so i ended up looking up for the original source and screenshotting it myself. anyways, "turtletyrant" tumblr has a bunch of stuff that probably more than one around here would enjoy, but i cannot be bothered to repost every interesting thing here because im lazy so i'll just put a few things and thats all

also reminder for everyone: do not take pictures with flash of newborn babies.

a friend of mine had a cat with severe eyesight problems because ppl kept taking pics with flash of it as soon as it was born and they fucked its eyes.

if it clearly doesnt have fully developed eyesight and you attack it with strong lights, you are a jerk.
and if it does have developed eyes, newflash, you should still consider "is this really needed?" because exposing animals (or ppl) to sudden intense flash without any comprehensible warning is a dick move

in case of doubt, do not. its that simple.
