unfortunately, my localboomer has opinions on "nowadays politics". fortunately, i dont give a fuck and i have developed a "skill" that allows me to just leave when things arent interesting, so i just left. but oh lad, this is why i dont follow current politics anymore. just mean ppl and assholes, half of which are delighted to call me nasty things. and it aint gonna change nothing even if i did follow them, because me being aware of every issue doesnt mean nothing if i cant change any of those issues. and, honestly, i dont have the mental health to deal with it

but yeah, i walk into a room with a tv once a month and i get to find it saying bad things about me both times. it is what it is i guess
