from what i understand, in japan, gay marriage is illegal. they are considering making it legal. they want to see how much interest the people have on it, but they put the "how much interest the ppl have" on work time. so, on like an hour or so, they will start a youtube livestream (big wtf) to see if there is enough interest or something.
