Hey everyone it’s time for my yearly reminder. I didn’t wanna sound like a dick, but... don’t donate to the Salvation Army this Holliday season. the Salvation Army still, as a church, do the whole gay conversion thing. And a bunch of other shady shit. If you’re gonna donate to a charity this Christmas, I’d recommend one that cares about everyone. Or go out and volunteer.
I grew up always asking my mom or aunt for quarters to donate. It was a big part of Christmas for me to donate. And I was heartbroken when I learned this.

reminder that salvation army is a for-profit organisation that kicks out lgbt+ people and steals residents' possessions to sell at their stores. Please do NOT donate.

Heads up everyone, something strange is happening to Telegram that can VERY SERIOUSLY affect your security. At first I thought it was merely an isolated incident but when something too similar to be a coincidence happened to someone else, it seems now that there's a security breech in Telegram that directly affects users' security settings, including who sees your telephone number.
The first thing that happened was that I was able to find someone's account from a forwarded message even though they had that function disabled for their account. At first I didn't think much of it, after all we all make mistakes.
But then someone else's number randomly showed up for me as I was having a conversation with them. I asked them why they shared their contact information with me, and after some conversation they showed a screenshot very clearly showing that their number was set to be shown to nobody.
If you use a personal phone number for your Telegram account and value your personal security, get a burner phone or a VoIP number and switch to it ASAP!
