See, a friend of mine is writing an infographic flyer for a hospital in UK I guess. It contains info regarding COVID-19 and is inteded to be read by immigrants from all over the world

My friend has used the word "Black" in it and they've said it is a racially insulting term, but on the other hand those people are not African-"American" [Because they're in UK?! Obviously?!]

So, what is the most politically correct term he can use?

I Googled "People of Color" and I found out that it is considered insulting as well...
