This is due to add or adhd. Normal brains arent usually capable of more than two thoughts at a time. Up to 4 or 5 in times of high stress or panic.
Add/adhd brains normally have 4 or 5 thoughts at any given time with going up to 12 lines of dialogue in times of panic or high stress. That's why we have meltdowns because our brains are too loud, and self destructive thoughts can swiftly kill someone because instead of one mean thought, its a whole crowd of shouting.
