cant sleep coz tomorrow i have to deal with like a social situation and i will maybe have to speak in front of perhaps 20 persons and i have been trying to sleep for hours now but i cant because the social anxiety is making my chest hurt

i have things other than tomorrow morning in mind now, and that is probably good. on the other hand, the anxiety is still there and i dont know why but my vision is turning red by the moment
