while we are at it, my personal recomendation with this stuff: the less things that are connected to the internet you use, the less risk in general

for example, dont ever take a thing with uncontrolled (closed source for example, even if only partially) internet access, and cameras, to the bathroom or the place where you dress/undress. not worth it. you may think the risk is low, but i consider that no matter how low it is, if there is a risk it is not worth it. also what are you gonna do, use your phone while you fight to take out a shirt? whatever it is, it can wait a bunch of seconds

also if there is no other option, for example "im in a public space and i have to go to the bathroom and i am not going to leave my phone anywhere" at least put it in a deep pocket or some bag or something like that. you can laugh and call all of this paranoia and still do it btw
