i have found ppl that can take their shoulder/s out of its socket. but i have yet to found someone that can rotate the arm while it is out, or at least rotate it more than usual

some years ago i tried to conduct a search that was something like "can anybody else do this or i am really un-normal?" that ended up in nothing because at the time i talked with like, 1 ppl. some months with two maybe. and they didnt know anyone so i didnt have anyone more to ask

but since now there are ppl reading this and stuff, im gonna ask again. and since it is complex to formulate the question and more in a language i dont natively speak, i will add pictures to show what im talking about
