also i want to say that in the time i have been not using and not knowing windows, it has gotten even worse. it was already bad but wew it is horrible now

I think you shouldnt wear a crown of femurs because the average femur is 48 cm long and weighs 260-290 grams.

Thats really fucking heavy and big. But if you wanna run around with one femur strapped to your head, by all means, go ahead. Otherwise, please be careful and don't suddenly wear heavy things on your head for prolonged periods. Work your way up to it and build your neck strength first.
Or have smaller foes to vanquish. I highly suggest birds, reptiles, or small mammals.
