Editorial standards at the NZ Herald have been on the decline for many years. A special irony was on display on the home page of the NZ Herald's website today however.

In one column was an article reporting on a disgraced teacher facing charges after he had provided a sex toy to a student. And in another column, was an article promoting the use of male sex toys. The NZ Herald have also faced criticism recently after publishing a video of a minor dressed in drag and being interviewed about his 'alternative lifestyle'.

What the perverts at the NZ Herald might fail to understand, is that by promoting degenerate content, they are encouraging degenerate behaviour. This then leads to the various social maladies which are now becoming commonplace in the West.

And while these same perverts complain that countries like Russia have made the propaganda of such degenerate content unlawful and liable for criminal prosecution, they themselves advocate for the censorship of anyone who criticises their content, labelling such persons as 'hateful'.

BRAD FLUTEY UPDATE

Brad Flutey, a NZ freedom advocate, was able to end his 73-day hungar strike this week while incarcerated.

Brad, who has lost 33kg in prison, has been asking to refeed for 6 weeks and his family are breathing easier now that he's been in hospital for 4 days getting the medical treatment he needs with a safe refeeding program.

They have taken in coconut water and bone broth to break the fast, with the medical staff being interested in their research and approach.

Whilst some staff have been great, others have not and Brad's mum, Judy will no doubt share more about this when she is ready.

Many in the community are struggling to sympathize with Brad's plight, and despite his gross treatment of CSM and many others who supported him, we urge people to show some compassion.

It's easy to sit on the sidelines and offer criticism but not many of us understand the pressures of being on the frontline in this battle, let alone how we would deal with the stress that comes with it.

Judy says that Brad has had much time to reflect on his behavior and is recognizing where he's gone wrong and how he needs to fix things.

In the fullness of time Brad will be able to share more of his ordeal but for now, let's do our best to support a brother in arms who would never be in this situation had it not have been for the the psychopaths in charge who performed the biggest mind control operation on the global population in history.

Judy has worked hard to do all she can to support her son, and lawyer Sue Grey has represented her during this time.

At times like these, we need to stick together, and Brad and his family are very grateful for all your support.

LONG TERM TRUTHER UNDER ATTACK FROM AUCKLAND COUNCIL

Auckland Council is preparing to forcibly sell a Freemans Bay cafe and Grey Lynn home whose owner has notched up nearly $900,000 in unpaid rates - the city’s largest-ever outstanding bill.

Dilip Kumar Rupa has been embroiled in a protracted and acrimonious standoff with city officials - refusing to pay rates on the two family-owned properties for years.

He also became infamous as the first person to be prosecuted for failing to display Covid-19 QR codes during the coronavirus pandemic.

The Herald can reveal he was convicted and fined $1500 after a trial held in his absence in 2022. Judge Stephen Bonnar KC ruled Rupa “held strong views” about the legality of the provisions and had deliberately failed to comply.

“He was making a deliberate decision to fail to display a QR code because he fervently believed that the legislation was either not legitimate or was a breach of his rights.”

In 2021, the Herald reported Auckland Council was applying to the High Court for a forced rating sale of Rupa’s Cafe on Wellington St in Freemans Bay and the family’s Grey Lynn home, after the combined outstanding rates bill ballooned to $350,000.

It can now be revealed the amount has soared to $876,623.65 - $662,179.06 for the cafe and $214,444.59 for the family home - the city’s biggest-ever outstanding rates and penalties debt.

REAL MEN FIGHT FOR THEIR CHILDREN

Counterspin Media had the opportunity to meet with Hone Tipene in Motatau recently and witnessed a father who will go above and beyond for his children.

He stands strong against what some describe as New Zealand’s premier child-trafficking agency, Oranga Tamariki. There is no doubt in our minds that he is a genuine family oriented man who will do what all men should do for their children, and that's fight to protect them.

The Dangers of Superficial Activism

In today's society, it's easy to get caught up in the idea that change is just a petition or social media post away. We see it all the time - a viral video, a trending hashtag, and suddenly, people are convinced that real change is happening. But the harsh reality is that true transformation requires more than just superficial efforts.

Take, for example, the common law movement in New Zealand. While the intention behind it is admirable - to challenge the government and reclaim individual rights - the approach is often misguided. Many people claiming common law haven't taken the time to truly understand its implications or the legal framework that underpins it. This lack of understanding leads to a waste of time and resources and, ultimately, plays into the government's hands.

The government is all too happy to allow token wins now and again, giving the illusion of remedy at law. This can be deceiving, making people believe that change is happening when, in reality, nothing is being done. It's a clever tactic, designed to keep people pacified and distracted from the real issues.

Three Options for True Freedom:

So, what can be done? As mentioned earlier, there are only three options for achieving true freedom:

1. The Ballot Box: But this must be done en masse and with an informed populace. It's not enough to just vote; people need to be educated on the issues and potential solutions. This requires a concerted effort to raise awareness, engage in meaningful discussions, and hold leaders accountable.

2. Physical Action: Physically fighting the criminal government and bringing the perpetrators to justice for their crimes is another option. However, this should only be done as a last resort and with careful consideration. It's a high-risk approach that requires strategic planning, coordination, and a deep understanding of the potential consequences.

3. Declare Independence: Taking land and declaring independence, then defending that land and the new way of life backed by a written constitution unable to be violated, as per the 1933 Montevideo convention.

Allow me to expand on the third option:

Declaring independence is a bold and ambitious approach to achieving true freedom. It involves taking control of a specific territory, establishing a new governance structure, and creating a constitution that protects individual rights and freedoms. This approach requires careful planning, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of the legal and political implications.

The Montevideo Convention

The 1933 Montevideo Convention provides a framework for declaring independence and establishing a new state. The convention outlines four key criteria:

1. A permanent population
2. A defined territory
3. A government
4. Capacity to enter into relations with other states

By meeting these criteria, a new independent state can be established, and its sovereignty recognized by the international community.

Creating a Constitution

A written constitution is essential to protecting individual rights and freedoms in a new independent state. This document should outline the governance structure, powers, and limitations, as well as the rights and responsibilities of citizens. It's crucial to ensure that the constitution is robust, well-defined, and unable to be violated by those in power.

Challenges and Considerations

Declaring independence is not without its challenges. It requires significant resources, strategic planning, and a deep understanding of the legal and political landscape. Additionally, there may be opposition from the existing government and other stakeholders.

However, for those willing to take the leap, declaring independence offers a unique opportunity to create a truly free and sovereign society, where individuals can thrive and reach their full potential.

An Open Letter To The Minister Of Justice Regarding Psychedelic Use For Spiritual Purposes

I am writing to seek clarification on New Zealand’s current stance regarding psychedelic substances, particularly in the context where these substances are considered spiritual sacraments.

True rights are not bestowed upon us by external forces; they are inherent and inalienable. They are not gifts to be taken away but rather essential freedoms that we, as people, possess inherently.

The Distinction Between Privileges and Rights:

Privileges are permissions granted by those in power, whereas rights are inherent and non-negotiable. When we accept privileges, we implicitly agree to the terms and conditions set by those granting them. In contrast, rights are not subject to negotiation or revocation.

The Power of Self-Declared Rights:

When people claim and defend their rights, they exercise their true power. These rights are not granted or revoked by external authorities; they are asserted and protected by the individuals themselves. Self-declared rights are not privileges but fundamental freedoms that are essential to our humanity.

The Importance of Asserting Our Rights:

We must recognize that our rights are not gifts from governments or institutions but inherent aspects of our existence. By asserting and defending our rights, we reclaim our autonomy and dignity.
