Who is Amy?

Amy Baker Benjamin (born 1965) is an American lawyer and former NZ based  academic focusing on international law.

She has attracted media attention for her political views and has been described as a conspiracy theorist (code word for the best type of person).

Benjamin was born and raised in the San Francisco, California area. She attended Princeton University as an undergraduate, graduating in 1988 with a Bachelor of Arts in history, and earned a Juris Doctor from Yale Law School in 1993.

After graduation, Benjamin clerked for Stephen Breyer, then a judge on the United States Court of Appeals for the First Circuit, and worked as an Assistant United States Attorney for the United States Department of Justice in the Southern District of New York.

In 2016, Benjamin was hired as a lecturer at the Auckland University of Technology Law School. During this time, she published five scholarly articles, with topics discussed including purported United States regime change efforts in Libya and Syria, the United States' relationship with the United Nations, and governmental secrecy.

In one 2017 article, "9/11 As False Flag: Why International Law Must Dare to Care", published in the African Journal of International and Comparative Law, Benjamin asserted her belief that the September 11th attacks were a false flag event orchestrated by the United States government.

While a lecturer, Benjamin also appeared as a commentator on various news shows in New Zealand, including The Project and Newshub.

Benjamin made headlines in August 2021 for denouncing lockdowns due to the COVID-19 pandemic as a "crime against humanity", being one of the few academics to publicly criticize New Zealand's pandemic policies. She subsequently created controversy in November 2021 after claiming, in an interview with conspiracy theorist Vinny Eastwood, that the 2019 Christchurch mosque shootings were a false flag.

Having resigned from her teaching position in September 2021, Benjamin left Auckland University of Technology effective January 2022.

Benjamin publicly supported Donald Trump in the 2020 United States presidential election and has stated that the election was stolen.

She was profiled in a 2022 Stuff documentary, Fire and Fury, about disinformation in New Zealand.

The original version of the documentary falsely stated that Benjamin had resigned from AUT following her interview with Vinny Eastwood. Stuff later issued a retraction and apology.

We have extended the timeline to receive Nominations for the New Zealand Loyal Political Party Board.
The new closing date is now 5pm Monday 11th November 2024.

At a Board meeting on 4th November, we agreed to extend the Nominations period by another seven days. Although Nominations have been received, we realise that a decision such as this may take some time to fully consider, and we want to make sure that we get as much opportunity as we can to spread the word and to get a good pool of candidates for consideration by members.

We won't be able to extend the period any further as we are less than four weeks away from the AGM and a lot needs to happen before that meeting takes place.

The next twelve months is going to be crucial for us; to increase our membership so that we can re-register with the Electoral Commission, and to seek out the very best Candidates for the 2026 General Election, which will then give us a solid year to promote the New Zealand Loyal Political Party and to spread the word about its people and its policies, so if you have the talent and the motivation to help us and guide us through the next twelve months to do that, please consider standing for the Board. The time is now, and we need you!

What’s going to happen at the US election?

Jamie Raskin is a top-level Congressman and Democrat strategist. He co-chairs the Congressional Freethought Caucus and was the lead impeachment manager for the second impeachment of Donald Trump in response to the attack on the U.S. Capitol.

Here he lets us know what will happen, just as the Dems let us know in advance what would happen in 2020 - ie Trump seeming to have won and then counting being stopped while enough new ballots were manufactured to change the result.

If what Congressman Raskin says here is accurate, expect good results for Trump at the beginning but for things once again to be shut down or called into question because the Dems have detected “foreign interference” (ie the old scapegoat RUSSIA!!!).

The Dems want chaos and civil war and may just throw everything at the wall and see what sticks. If things go very pear-shaped, just remember that for the awakening of the people we have to go through this.

WHY THE WORLD NEEDS ANOTHER STOLEN U.S. ELECTION:

The United States presidential election is now upon us, after a difficult four years of a stolen presidency and illegitimate regime under the reign of Joe Biden and Kamala Harris. Having been made to lie in the bed they made for themselves, many who had previously been infected by 'Trump Derangement Syndrome' during the 2016 and 2020 elections have now had lived experience of the true nature of the woke agenda, which many once subscribed to.

The goal however, is not simply to win another election, but to secure meaningful and lasting change, not limited to overthrowing the corrupt political establishment, but also about initiating a deep cathartic experience in the hearts and minds of the masses that will last for generations in order to prevent the Deep State from making a comeback anytime soon.

With this greater objective in mind, another stolen election might be just what the world needs in order to experience being brought to the gates of hell, where the howls of agony can be heard and where the smell of sulphur sticks to one's skin, before being allowed to climb their way slowly back up again through the realm of purgatory and various stages of purification along the way.

BEYOND WHITE HATS & BLACK HATS, WHERE DO YOU STAND?

The terms 'white hats' and 'black hats' have become part of the vernacular for truthers in recent years and have been borrowed from visual cues which were inserted in classic Westerns, where the 'good guys' were often depicted wearing white cowboy hats and the 'bad guys' were often depicted wearing black ones.

Riccardo Bosi of the Australia One Party has since expanded on this concept in a recent video, casting various players in the great awakening in various colours, as follows:

⚫️ BLACK HATS:
The cabal, the Swamp, the top-tier nasties like the Rothschilds, the CIA, etc. They are the globalists pushing for the NWO.

⚪️ WHITE HATS:
The top-tier resistance to the NWO, which we associate with the Trump presidency and other players who oppose the NWO and operate at higher levels.

🔴 RED HATS:
Those who work directly under the black hats in various capacities and who operate without a conscience and for personal profit as mercenaries, human traffickers, chemtrail pilots, etc. Once black hats are removed, they will talk to save their skin.

🟠 ORANGE HATS:
Those who are genuinely good people but who are very naive and are plugged into mainstream sources of information. The evidence of crime must be delivered by the same people telling them lies. This means that MSM may need to be used by white hats to wake up these people.

🟡 YELLOW HATS:
These are the sheeple or NPCs, whose cowardice has caused them to take every jab, swallow every lie and cave at every turn. They are the ostrich that sticks its head in the sand and thinks it is safe because it can no longer see the threat. A large-scale scare event that can't be ignored will be the only tool that will wake these yella belly chickens up.

🟢 GREEN HATS:
These are people who sit on the fence but who are gradually beginning to realise that something isn't right. They might not be able to handle tough talks about adrenochrome just yet, but bit by bit they are starting to get the message and are most open to persuasion.

🔵 BLUE HATS:
That's us, the run of the mill truthers who are there to advance the cause however we can. We might not be privy to all the insights that the top-tier are, but we are active in the fight for the forces of good.

MALAYSIA BACKS EXPELLING ISRAEL FROM UNITED NATIONS:

The Muslim-majority nation of Malaysia has prepared a draft resolution for the UN General Assembly, which among other measures, proposes that Israel be removed as a member state of the UN "should there be a violation of laws, rules and decisions in issues involving Palestine".

According to the Malaysian Prime Minister Anwar Ibrahim:

"Strong measures, including Israel's removal from the United Nations following Israel's human rights violations and genocidal crimes, must be enforced as soon as possible".

And that:

"Malaysia will ensure that the agenda is heard and given attention so that the atrocities of the Israeli regime can be stopped, besides allowing criticial aid to reach the Palestinian people at a time when the massacre continues to worsen".
