I decided im gonna consume every hgtg related piece of media i can get my hands on. I started watching the old tv series

I only watched 1/6 episode but i liked seeing ford walk around, slay bestie. I liked the accuracy to the book (or i guess the radio show since it came first) with some small things that theyve kept in (im looking at you the movie adaptation that removed the silly part about ford making a deal with the demolition workers as if he's arthur lawyer). The special effects are so stupid looking i think they actually fit the vibe so well. Thats all i can say for now..oh and only one ep in but i can already say that they handled arthurs character well unlike the movie adaptation bravo

In the movie arthur seems just miserable and confused (and annoyingly jealous, agressive and stupid) but in the tv series he is indeed miserable but for a reason and he actually has some character to him! thanks !

Ok tv show zaphod beeblebrox is actually kind of silly i like him!! Trillian tho :/ u know how i feel about the way her character was adapted :/ I've ranted about it at least 100 times already she deserves better !!!

Watched the hgtg tv show! I really liked it i think its very accurate to its originals and is quite cute and silly, but trillian. yeah. u know.

I think their trillian is actually kind of cool as a character of a girl that looks like a bimbo but is actually the smartest person on the ship i just dont really like the whitewashing

I looved ford and arthur in this show tho. Yesh sure they (and all characters honestly) might sound unnatural whenever they talk but thats literally just the way the book is written cant blame em imo its pretty funny

And the tv show handled zaphod 100 times better than the movie there i said it
