Dear Community, Just a quick update on progress towards re-launch.

Compensation Ennoscriptments Finalized

The entire compensation ennoscriptment calculations have been audited by the community and finalized. One user highlighted an issue that affected those still holding the original presale CRSS token in their wallets. This has been remedied and as of today, the calculations are all accurate. The feedback period has lapsed and we will now deem the ennoscriptments as final. A final run of these calculations will be executed just prior to launch. THEREFORE, DO NOT MOVE ANY TOKENS, AS YOU WILL EXCLUDE YOURSELF FROM COMPENSATION BY DOING SO.

Re-launch: End of Oct - Beginning Nov

We are still working towards a launch in october but may take until the beginning of Nov. Some major additions we wish to ship as part of the launch are major gas optimisation, our governance/dividend token sCRSS, as well as the building blocks for DAO voting. Liquidity Partner Program

The Crosswise Liquidity Partner Program is a special initiative intended to provide additional incentives to community members in the first months after re-launch. We thus ensure sufficient liquidity whilst rewarding our long-term supporters.

Limits & Requirements

- OTC price will be 1.05 BUSD per CRSS
- Minimum 500 BUSD and maximum 25K BUSD per partner
- Total maximum of 200,000 CRSS for sale Over The Counter
- Allocation on a first come, first serve basis
- Only the wallet that was used to send BUSD will receive CRSS
- Deposit into Locked Pools with a 3 months lock
- The OTC sale will close once the maximum allocated CRSS is sold or 48 hours before launch

Target APR

For the duration of the Program, we will ensure the APR exceeds the APR offered in the standard equivalent pools by at least 40%. Given the mechanics of staking pools it is not possible to predict exact APRs. We will therefore monitor rates closely, review them on a weekly basis, and adjust the multipliers accordingl

Crosswise came back from a major exploit that would leave any other project closing its doors, believe me. We have kept on investing our own, private money and also our time to save the project and present an outstanding V2.

Being honest and from what I get its spreading negative energy throughout Telegram and Discord with an aggressive and rude attitude towards us. If you don't believe in us re-launching, then why do you even waste your time on asking us every week about the launch?
Also, how do you want to make your investment count if any new potential investors and users only see your FUD in the group?

The ultimate goal should be to make Crosswise.finance an attractive project for new users to invest in! If that won't happen the project will certainly fail and not because of the team, but its community's behaviour.

We hope everyone is doing well and not too affected by the FTX implosion. It’s been a crazy few days in this space.

One upside is that people are generally more keen on DeFi as a result. This is obviously favourable for us, yet we will need the overall sentiment to have improved in time for the 3rd Dec. For those wondering, we do not for the moment think that any artificial delay would be warranted, but will be keeping an eye on the situation.

In the meantime, we wanted to update you on a few things:

Liquidity Partners
We launched the Liquidity Partner Program a while back hoping to re-launch much sooner. In the meantime a lot has happened in the markets and as of right now, we are not seeing the same level of demand as previously pledged.

What this potentially means is that we would have to launch with low liquidity and gradually build it back up. Obviously the farming rewards will help encourage users to provide LP, but we would have wanted to be able to plan ahead a little better.

Therefore we want to remind everyone that the program will be closing soon, and there will be no other OTC purchases possible post launch. Dear Community,

Crosswise.Finance V2 got developed over the timeframe of almost one year. To ensure that expectations are met, usability is as good as possible and security is guaranteed we needed to change the plan last minute.

We have some bad and some good news. Our developers discovered a small bug in the farm code, which requires a re-write and and thus also renewed testing. At this stage we really wanted to launch but also don’t want to push a release if there is even just a minor doubt about security. Furthermore, this bug opened our eyes and made us realize we are in need of a Public, Open Beta.

The bug requires us to re-evaluate all contracts, redeploy on test-net and ensure compatibility with the existing functions. After all we think it is best to have thorough testing done before launch, that’s why there are more positive updates.

On the other hand we have two good news. We will be publishing an open beta around one week after the initial planned release date, around the 10. December. The Beta will be accompanied by a Bug Bounty offering you the chance to receive $CRSS in exchange for reporting a valid bugs. Public Testing will last until the re-launch, which is now planned for the 20. December as a Pre-Christmas present from our Team. The time remains unchanged: 1PM UTC, 9AM EST, 2PM CET.

Also, we managed to integrate full DAO functionalities into all parts of our DEX Fee scheme, which will enable the community to vote about each and every part of the DEX in the future ensuring our road to becoming decentralized is becoming a reality. Of course we will still keep our centralized support and user-friendly experience as part of the whole platform. We will soon be publishing a few videos and screenshots to reaffirm everyone that the project is ready to get tested and released.

Again apologies for the delay, but we all know this is the safer course of action. Thank you for your understanding and we will post details on how to access the Beta on the BNB Testnet very soon.
