I'm going to provide a very rough analysis on a token I literally just discovered and am researching as we speak called Whirl

Put simply, Whirl is a dApp for anonymous transactions. It's core USP is privacy / anonymity when moving funds. Their product intends to allow users to move funds anonymously between multiple chains, in any desired amount, with a single transaction.
None of the above really matters. The USP is decent and useful in theory, but we're trading in the midst of a zeitgeist that has normalized launching "buy token now, use product later when we build it" utility tokens to the extreme and what you need to know about these projects is that they usually benefit seed round participants, private sale buyers, LBP buyers etc far more than people that actually buy the token on launch. Half the time the product never sees the light of day.
As a result, when I see on chain launches like this the majority of my analysis and due diligence revolves around the above and attempting to distinguish projects with legitimate potential and a material product from projects where seed investors will dump on me for 20x on day one.
As I said, I literally just found this token. But I've decided to keep my eye on it and punt 2 ETH in because of something I noticed while scanning their Twitter.
In the roadmap thread that was posted a few days prior to launch, Whirl mapped out a few next steps following TGE and what we can expect. What's interesting to me is that the timeline given for actual product rollout kicks off immediately post-TGE and seems to also detail MVP feature inclusion to some degree of specificity, making me think that perhaps the core functionality of this product will already be live and accessible at launch and that the devs actually have something ready to ship. This sounds like the bare minimum you'd expect but honestly recently so many things have launched that are 100% "coming soon" and that throw dates out at least a few weeks from TGE that this is surprising to me.
So here is my thesis in very simple terms.

My takeaway at the end of the day is that this is at least worth keeping an eye on, especially if they end up seeing substantial adoption considering that revenue share is slated for the first week following launch. I punted 2 ETH at 0.20 to have exposure because I like to have exposure to new things in current market conditions. That does not mean you should to, but it's worth looking at in my opinion. Proceed with caution.

This is a trade and not a long term conviction play, so I don't intend to hold my bags for a month without seeing profits. We're already up 2X and this is probably why because if there was no cliff we would see some big sells by now.

This is a very strong conviction play for me and a trade that unlike many I have never doubted or second guessed. I've been in RLB since $0.07 (Prior to new tokenomic model and bear market hype) with size, averaging up to probably over $0.13 at this point.
It's honestly hard for me to even write an analysis about $RLB because I've written about this token at length to such an extent over the past several months that I don't think I'd capture every point in one message here without making it obnoxiously long so I'll start by saying that my general thesis is that this coin is tremendously undervalued, it is coiled up like a tight spring, and it is destined for a disgustingly hated rally that could make even $1 price targets seem conservative.
Rollbit makes money hand over first and captures both the online casino demographic as well as substantial volume and revenue via it's futures trading platform. It's sportsbook does serious volume too, and it's revamping it entirely any day now which will certainly boost stats even further in terms of sportsbet revenue.
I'll give you the short version. The RLB buyback & burn that everyone knows about by now is currently a buffer. It makes the immense amount of sell pressure from impatient hands that bought the hype as well as people up hundreds of Xs from TGE feel more like a slow grind than an aggressive dump. When that same buyback & burn turns into a tailwind this coin can run like mad, which I am convinced it will because it is undervalued as fuck.
It has meaningful utility, amazing value capture that is aligned with the best interests of the actual business as it correlates directly to revenue, and it is hyperdeflationary at this point. 0.1% of supply was burnt in a single day alone last week.
Rollbit is literally in the top 5 for daily gross revenue. And that's only now that volume on things like Uniswap have picked up a ton. During the bear, I remember a point where it was literally #2 across revenue generating protocols / products in crypto. #1 was literally the Ethereum network lmfao.
I could give you a million reasons why this coin will be a kingmaker and could randomly explode on any given day for it's pre-ordained teleportation to 0.50+ but there's plenty in my Tweet history and all over the internet already as is. Perhaps this thread I wrote a good while back is a start:

It features a unique dual-token staking system enabled by PoS that pairs native BTC security with full EVM compatibility.
Basically, validators are selected from stakeholders who stake either BTC or their upcoming BounceBit token. BounceBit's token has already been confirmed and appears to be promising utility via both revenue distribution and governance.
Now let's talk about why I think this airdrop might print.
It's worth noting that this will be a first mover as it's the first BTC native staking chain. This fits quite well within the continuously expanding narrative / trend cycle of projects developing X or Y common EVM application but for BTC. Personally I think this fixation is silly, but that doesn't matter. What matters is that it's a trend and pretending that BTC is EVM is hot right now.
Moving onto the interesting part of the thesis, let's focus on Bounce Launchpad.
Bounce is already quite known thanks to $AUCTION, Multibit / MUBI, and SatoshiVM. What these things have in common is that they printed and it's no surprise that Bounce is running this hot considering it's pretty known at this point that they're fairly auxiliary to the "Binance Cartel" and Bounce itself has some hot backers including Binance Labs, CB Ventures, Pantera and the like.
In short, it's been pumping out some printers and this seems to be the next in a long line of random excuses to launch tokens to pump.
That's pretty much all it takes to sell me on a passive opportunity for what might be a fat airdrop. With Blast, people who decided to farm by depositing Blur did best by getting in early thanks to their multiplier mechanic. With Manta, generally most people got in too late to see sizeable rewards and people in early did much better. Looks like that was the right call, it's slowly grinding back up and personally I think the dev's response is plausible and the product does seem to be functional so hoping for a full turnaround. Still some risk here considering the bad PR but if it does retain momentum I think we see new ATHs considering they shipped the product and FUD totally negated what should have been a run up to new highs.

Never called this but we talked about it in general chat. This coin has been bottomed for a long time now and most people forgot about it while devs have actually been shipping. Been buying recently and today a lot of smart money wallets bought in and the coin is spiking in mcap and volume. Imo anticipate a big move here, either to reclaim a much higher mcap or to see confirmation that coin is dead regardless of news and grind down to 0. Imo R/R is good I'm a buyer at these levels.

Noticing that this has been grinding up very slowly every since my post, I don't want to read too deeply into that because it very well may just be exposure from this group trickling down since not many people have talked about this coin, but I've noticed a few one off buys from HNW wallets so it's possible that something is indeed cooking.

Very unfortunate Black Swan today that sent it down from nearly 0.4 to 0.08. I did not cover it in the channel since I woke up at like 7 PM but I did buy the bottom with another 1E and suggested it in the general chat for a few people that were asking for my take. I'm very regretfully announcing that in light of these new developments and the added uncertainty that it's presented, after consulting a few people that I trust to advise on the matter I don't feel comfortable with the variance in the opinions I've gotten and even though I think there's a solid chance this all might have worked out and that snipers will eat, my promise was that there would be no risk aside from a potential refund and I feel that new risk vectors have potentially been introduced that we simply do not have the time to reconcile at all.
I'm going to be refunding everybody that contributed effective immediately, starting with the largest contributors and working my way down to people that sent minimum deposits.
You will all be contacted directly to confirm a recipient address. USDC will be used to buy back SOL and any difference in our balance will be made up by myself to ensure that everyone receives 100% of their funds.

Everybody that's sent a recipient address to me via DM has received a full refund. Appreciate your patience.
Those of you that haven't, I presume you're probably asleep but as soon as I get a recipient address from you I'll process your refund immediately if I'm still online. If I fall asleep before I receive an address from you I'll send funds as soon as I'm awake.
We'll hit the next one. Last minute launch changes threw things off and while I'm usually very good with adapting in these situations it's a very different story with external funds.
I think in the future what I'll do is set more concrete terms that are a bit less risk averse and allow the people willing to risk capital / trust me to do whatever is best to have that option because had we done that we would have printed but I didn't want to risk other people's funds on a last minute plan so we missed the opportunity.
When we saw the post we moved quickly and formed a new plan with the thesis that price wouldn't move much in the first 3 minutes anyways because the site would be fried, and we'd still hit around .45 by the time 3 minutes had passed. We also had an alternative to attempt to get some buys through at the bottom during those first 3 minutes. Ultimately I decided we couldn't take this approach because there wasn't enough time to inform people and ask if they'd still like to participate with revised plans and I had promised all of you that the outcome would either be buying in the first pool or getting a full refund, so I felt calling it off was best for the sake of honoring that and not risking 7 figures on a subjective risk assessment. That being said had we done this we would have already been up nearly 2X on a $1,000,000 position so I do think in the future I'll set some looser risk parameters to allow for us to adapt if needed without me feeling like I'm doing something wrong lol.
Appreciate you all for your trust. Shocked we raised $1M in under 2 hours at 5 in the morning, but now that I know that there's interest I look forward to bringing you guys more opportunities and hitting the next one.
