Some interesting statistics for a project called "Minter poker room". Pretty alright for a beta i'd say.
Already at a million.
Haven't seen a competition among validators like this in a while.
So i looked at all the money my alter ego, Scryaga has made and everything he's done in this half-year period. Started considering the idea of this online personality taking over the real me.
Some statistics for the project with the working noscript "Minter Poker room" for the week:

- Volume - 1 457 758 BIP/~49563$/~3 150 000₽
- 5800 hands played
- 200 registered users
2 mil BIP in 9 days
The first poker duel on MInter! 10k hands, it's live right now at http://poker.cr-games.club/#!/table-2/14. The total stake is over 25k BIP. Only 60 hands are played as of right now.
So good to see the platform grow and improve. Only 7 months have passed, and many aspects that caused confusion and speculation in the community are now working like a charm. Take LP - everything came to the initially declared rules. Mbank guarantees the purchase of any quantity of BIP for the current market price, and is more for BIP specifically, especially large quantities. It's for the "I'm gonna launch a validator right now" kind of users, because entering that business already costs a minimum of 6M BIP, or about 200K bucks, and buying that amount is serious business.
As for the "gonna sell some bip real quick and buy a game" type, you should look into trading services, i prefer fully automated ones. Recently tested just how quick it would be for me to go to the store and pay with my BIP. It took about 5 minutes to process everything - threw some money onto 1001 using an Any.Cash USDT address, then i converted it to roubles and sent it to my Qiwi virtual card, which was added to Apple Pay, and you know the rest. Think about it - we can have money that isn't tied to any government or company, which you can turn into anything you need no matter where you are. Money that can't be frozen or stolen, is available 24/7, is always being improved and simplified. Transparent money. Fair money.

My money.
Before Minter launched my channel had about 20 subscribers, and since then that subcount has increased by a hundred times.
Now if that doesn't show the power of Minter i don't know what does.
The last few months of my life are easily described by the hashtag #industrialporn.
Some news on the project with the working noscript "Minter Poker". In quick Spin&Go tournaments the prize multiplier is chosen via transaction hash, which contains the players' names in the denoscription. If you ask me this is a breakthrough in assuring the game's transparency - all the info is stored in the blockchain, it can't be tampered with or deleted. We're planning to make it so pulling cards works the same way. Quality control and transparency on Minter might become the reference model for game RNG.

During the holidays there was an interesting scenario - i won about 50 bucks in our poker game, sent it to a virtual Qiwi card and basically paid for a family dinner at a café.

Caught myself thinking how perfect the psychological connection between the 2 events is - the rewarding feeling of winning , and then a delicious dinner to go along with it.
Can be used as a catalyst for IoM to reach out to the masses.

Minter Mainnet launches on 15.05. at 15:05 UTC.

Minter 1.1 is said to launch on 20.02.2020

A mysterious crowdfunding platform called imola.io took the ticker IMOLA, and it seems it also launches on 20.02.2020.

Coincidence? I think not.
If you remember, i have a kink for pretty numbers, so i think they should go all in and launch at 20:02.
Here's a summary of where i've been. The past couple months have been.. let's just say overwhelming. Constant pressure during the holidays gave a few unexpected twists. January wasn't any better, a ton of calls on the third day of this year turned my "holidays" which haven't even started properly yet turned into workdays. Those of you who have had experiences with mass production will understand me. Everything that could go wrong did.
And the online world had a series of deadlines for a project i've been waiting a long time for. Two worlds collided and started fighting over my brain. To meet all these requirements i had to lose sleep to the point where i had 4 hours of sleep a day. Thank god i'm already at the finish line and i see the ribbon ready to be cut.
Just a bit more and i'll be happy to finally cut it.
Everything started a few years ago, back when i stopped being satisfied with my job. Not to say the results were unsatisfying - going from an employee to a top position in a multibillion entity, because for many it's considered to be the peak. I thought so too while rising up to that position.

But when i got there, i couldn't help but think - "Is this really the peak? If you caught yourself thinking about it too, i'll save you some time - all these limitations only exist in your head. We build castles of doubt and fear around our true self, and we can only get out of it by ourselves. So i quickly came to the conclusion that i'm really good at selling my time, but my current position leaves me far far away from solving actually interesting questions.

Understanding and accepting the problem, i started consuming tons of information. Slowly everything started filling itself in - IT, crypto, monetization schemes, investments, businesses and controlling them using the newest technology. Right around that time Minter launched, and i started researching every nook and cranny about it, posting my findings on my channel.

And then i realized what would be the perfect time investment for me that appealed to all my interests - a crowdfunding platform that runs on Minter and utilizes all of its unique features. So, i know what to do, now how do you make a system that will process a ton of cash with max security? Here's where i got lucky - i got the famous team in the network known for making the 1001btc.com trading system interested in the project. I've been friends with their leader, Sergey for a while and we had a lot of similarities in the ways we go about business, which helped us quickly get the project off the ground. A lot of people had to get involved and work for it for months, and today i'm pleased to announce imola.io, a revolutionary crowfinding platform that runs on Minter. Its key features are - reliability, transparency and protection from speculation for investors. There'll be a post soon that goes into more detail on how it works.
To demonstrate the capabilities of the platform, and our confidence on the reliability of it, we made the decision to do IMO from the 1001 project right on this fresh platform. You can learn any details right now at an investor profile at imola.io, which will be available right after registration.
To show how confident i am about it i accepted the team's offer to become the lead of the project, and i'll take all the responsibility for future campaigns. For IMO commission requests DM me right here at @Scryaga.
I was testing some solutions made by programmers during the Minter push hackathon. I liked 3 of them:

minterpush.com

tap.mn

yyy.cash

They all deal perfectly with one issue - instant transferring of goods worldwide using throwaway wallets without any sort of verification or registration. If you still haven't tried them, i highly recommend you do so to feel the potential of a tool like this.

During my tests i realized that we all can already utilize this technology IRL. All you need to do is leave tips to waiters, taxi drivers and whoever else using Minter push. I'm a bit annoyed how i always pay for meals at restaurants using Apple pay, and for tips i always have to pull out physical money out of my pocket. You can do it with that same credit card, but not everywhere, and there's never a guarantee that this money won't just go to the owner's pocket.

In my tests it took just about a minute from creating a push to transferring the money to my mobile phone through BipToPhone. You can give someone a push through an sms message, a messenger or a QR code.

The simple rule of "tips only through push" will give the network more exposure and new loyal users and will increase the sales of push wallets.

More about how the growth of the userbase is tied to the growth of BIP exchange rates in the next post.
