The Otherside metaverse project has sold out all the available 55,000 Otherdeed lands NFTs. The mint price was 305 $APE, worth about $5,800 at the time of mint. It brought in $317M making it a record-setting NFT mint. The NFTs will give buyers rights to claim land in the Otherside metaverse, a blockchain-based virtual world being developed by Yuga Labs.

Samsung Asset Management to list a blockchain ETF on the Hong Kong Exchange
Samsung Group Investment Arm will list the blockchain exchange-traded fund on Hong Kong Exchange. The ETF listing is expected to occur in the first half of 2022 comes a few weeks after SAMC reportedly acquired 20% of the stake in Amplify Holding Company, a U.S. ETF sponsor.

The collection will include three tiers: 750 “common,” 230 “rare” and 20 “legendary" NFTs.
