Binance acquires Indonesian crypto-exchange Tokocrypto, laying off 58% of employees. Tokocrypto is intended to focus on business unit exchanges, so business unit operations and activities outside of exchanges will be temporarily halted.

Віnаnсе US agrees to acquire bankrupt Voyager’s assets for $1.02B
Voyager announces an agreement for Віnаnсе US to acquire its assets, valued at approximately $1.022B. Furthermore, Binance US will make a $10M good faith deposit and will reimburse Voyager for certain expenses up to a maximum of $15M. Previously this year, Voyager Digital, a crypto broker filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy after halting trading, deposits, and withdrawals.
