미국 정부가 중국에 대한 기술 수출 통제 조치의 일환으로
삼성전자, SK하이닉스, TSMC 등 동맹국 기업들이 중국 공장에서 미국 기술을 사용하는 것에 대한 예외 허용을 취소할 계획이라고 하네요
