re: ansem debate

if it is public knowledge (i'm sure 90% know shady pnds happen all the time w KOLs) and people still willingly buy into his tweets, then can the blame be fully on ansem?

its the same as wallet tracking which is mostly -ev esp for the trenches (KOLs buy and sell in the same minute to farm copytraders or trackers because they KNOW)

feels like its a willing victim scenario because personally i stopped buying into any tweets and have mostly been fine

but i don't doubt that there are shady things happening behind closed doors too

in any case, always better to be lowkey as with life

I think this is somewhat true, but def changing/has changed a lot over the last year or two.

Few observations as a CEX trader who trades memes too

Around 80/100 CEX traders I talk to trade memes, but most stick to the memes listed on CEX and have only ever lost money buying memes on Solana. I think 1-2 years ago a much higher % were dismissive of all memes.

CEX traders on average are older, many have been in the space for a number of years and had to suffer for a long time before making good money. They dislike seeing zoomers making 6-7figs on shitcoins and quickly assume there was some shady extractive shit going on.

CEX traders have no idea which memes are culturally significant and have cultish communities. They struggle with intangibles. This may be because they are typically older and not on tiktok etc, or because they haven't spent time in the trenches.

CEX traders I know have been more receptive to memecoins like $DOG (The fractionalized doge nft), or coins that have a real narrative or story behind them. Generally I feel CEX traders are more bullish on provenance coins that the average kid in the trenches trading short term attention

This isn't really my personal view, but some thoughts

added a small utility project cause it looks interesting, will share more in a bit
added a small cap degen utility play - Brume Wallet

my entry is about 800k

Brume Wallet offers seamless cross-chain functionality allowing users to manage their assets across multiple blockchains in one intuitive interface.

- Private eth wallet with Tor
- Won a hackathon (ETH Brno)
- No VC, no grants

not much details, so can be risky, but i think it seems legit tho i haven't tested it out

remember dyor, cause im still reading more into it

chose to share a bit earlier because its green candling fast (does not mean no risk)
