for the longest time memes have been just a static picture, then we have gifs, then movements/lingos, and now we have ai sentience

honestly its a really big breakthrough and discordance is a clear sign of it

old meme-rs will have a hard time accepting, while the other camp pledges their loyalty to the ai overlords

ai in itself has always been a controversial topic

now you'll have to refine your animal picks even more, because now only the top 1% (not 10% anymore) will survive

in this ai frenzy you can study the strength of your animal memes and see which truly has a cult and strong holder base, because cults form easily in green candles

the ai memes will have to cool off eventually and go through the test of time and from there you'll see which ones have a truly strong religion as well

we had liquidity flocking to memes as a vertical, vamping from other sectors

within the meme vertical itself we now have further fragmentation into two camps

ai v non-ai

tides will shift, waves will ebb and flow between the two

frankly i don't know which will emerge victorious, but i do know that the (true) ai camp has a lot more room to capture and grow compared to the 6125th iteration of a dog or the infinite vocab that zoomers have that keeps changing depending on what's "hip" for the year

by true ai i mean non-larp

while it is hard to determine whats truly larp or not, it'll be better to put your faith in known faces of accomplished ai researchers backing the ai, instead of a random anon

as the pool of non-larp is ever so tiny, they'll consistently capture a lot more liquidity with their "moat"

if you bet on memes that the ai churns, sorry but you'll be running circles because those don't last more than a day or two *unless* its something the ai repeatedly shills ie. fartcoin

ai memes can also possibly serve as an inbetween for "right curves" that refuse to capitulate into memes, hence bidding ai memes cause it feels smarter and more exciting

naturally that leads to more believers and stronger diehard holders

true ai aside, the only other perspective i see worth bidding is something that is anti-ai

*specifically* anti-ai

maybe something like shoggoth, clanker, or ag

no light without dark, yin and yang

see which the market chooses (shoggoth atm)

my ai list of what i'm keeping tabs on for future dips tentatively:
- goat (leader)
- forest (humanitarian)
- slop (images, gifs)
- luna (waifu)
- shegen (eve to goat's adam)
- act (provenance + dev pushing)
- fartcoin (goat x cumrocket normie appeal vibes)
- shoggoth (anti ai)

still plenty for now, but will be trimmed overtime through relative strength

So let’s say you know that you will die when you are 80.

If you’re 25, you have 55 years left. If you’re 40, you have 40 years left, etc.

Now, let’s apply house money to time.

Let’s say someone gave you an extra year right now.

You could freeze time, pause your life and just use this year exactly how you wanted.

So it would be 80 + 1 year.

Since you got extra this year (would you spend it differently?).

I know that if I weren’t retired myself already, I’d definitely use this year to travel, pursue other interests, starting a biz because you enjoyed it ++, basically everything I couldn’t do/or have time for while working a 9-5. Just exploring without any pressure to necessarily earn money.

Perhaps your goals are different from mine, but I find it difficult to imagine that if you were granted one more year, you would utilize it to amass riches or prestige.

The wisest use of time in this situation would be to engage in the types of things that many of us wouldn't allow ourselves to commit to during "regular" time.

This brings me further to the question: if you know exactly what you’d like to do and this is what is making you happy, then why aren’t you doing these things right now? What are you so afraid of? Is anything really stopping you, or is it just in your head?
