from my observations, the way i see it is

most virtual/luna shillers are analysts in funds or vcs -> more fundamental based folks prefer to position in luna/virtual

maybe they personally prefer something with more fundamentals

most other investors/degens prefer slinging in pure sol memes like your goat betas and usual stuff

seems like two camps to me for now

in this cycle, shitcoin influencers have greater influence than your usual fund/vc analysts simply because of the nature of this cycle

another observation is that most of the current ai memes are actually trying to transition into something with more utility

either by providing bb&b, or integrating the token, or basically any other method that tries to bring value to the community

this is interesting and i believe its due to the nature of ai and how there is tech involved

with tech, one doesn't simply expect nothing like you do w cultish animal memes

community expects some form of value transfer to justify them holding your ai meme against others

hence, i think it explains why current ai memes are finding it hard to find escape velocity above 100m other than goat and luna

people choose goat for novelty and leadership, but what firm solid case can you prove for the other picks? most are just running momentum trades

remember, green candles dont make cults and when price is down watch how everyone scatters

as the dilution of ai memes slowly increases, its a race to utility to justify why *your* project deserves its valuation

static memes have the cult edge, sentient memes need to have the utility edge

the shift will gradually happen

and there will still remain a small pool of successful pure ai memes, edge case me thinks

but for the rest its a race to utility

utility in context doesn't have to be full on utility, but if your token actually does something other than hehehaha like animal memes do then its considered having utility

people expect the best from ai and bear very high hopes with their bags

if you don't execute well, your competitor will gladly take your spot

study how a dev posting another ca can lead to -90% drops, study how flavia going offline eroded the faith the community had, study how one typo led to goat dropping -80%

you NEED surgical precision with no room for error or it'll be one step forward two steps back and your community tries to grind your pa from -80% upwards again

while the landscape is forgiving now, i doubt it'll be when the race intensifies

assuming the team is honest,

1) only 1 otc deal has been done - 10k cheque
2) 100% of $virtual is fully liquid and unlocked, no big unlock worries or whatnot
3) let zachxbt do his thing because he can dig but should not be able to find much
4) $virtual has been around for years and has been working on this platform even before the ai agent narrative started, it is not some new grift that popped up to scam your money (in a way they got lucky as the timely narrative provides tailwind for them)

As mentioned before, several factors could trigger a black swan event before the US election. This would cause a 35% avg. drop for altcoins, meaning that big caps could dump 25-35%, and low caps could dump 40-60%.

Once again, this would be a very last shakeout before a real altseason could begin. So if it happens, just be ready and don't get scared.
