- memes continue to catch a bid, but likely slow down a bit as renewed interest in the above

belief here is:
retail primarily bids prior to the election, firms w/ capital dont gamble
retail sells the news, and gets sidelined in cash
sophisticated investors and desks bid up the dip
retail has to buy back higher
