one thing im doing now is constantly cashing out bit by bit with every winning trade, maybe about 10-20% of profits while i compound the rest (eg. win 10k, cash out 1k)
this does not apply to "long term" bags
as someone who is almost all in crypto, personally think it helps both emotional and mental stability to stay level headed in making key decisions so that pullbacks don't feel so personal because my entire net worth is fluctuating w the market
at least for me during the yen unwind i got really rekt and couldn't make objective decisions, leading to big losses
in any case, its always about what you manage to keep at the end of the cycle
stay in the game, remain allocated, but don't celebrate upnl and remember to treat yourself and the people around you
do whats best for you
