It may be related to the martial law declared by the South Korean president. Currently, all cryptocurrency exchanges in South Korea are down and trading is almost impossible.
South Korea's largest exchange Upbit issued an announcement stating that Upbit applications (Android, iOS) and Open API services are currently suspended due to a temporary increase in traffic and are experiencing delays.
