The U.S. House of Representatives voted 215–211 on July 16 to pass a procedural motion allowing the GENIUS stablecoin bill and the Digital Asset Market Clarity Act (Clarity) to proceed to a final vote. The GENIUS bill has already passed the Senate and could be sent to President Donald Trump later this week. — link
