i used to try stunts like these too, but upon deeper reflection
its not about emotions, revenge trading, risk management, etc.
its just ego, which goes back to personal insecurities

to fix this, you shouldn't be journaling about your trades
instead, journal about yourself and your deeper insecurities
that is the only long term fix imo, because if you don't address it at its root, then it will only keep coming back
