2. Both sides to negotiate rules of origin to ensure benefits remain bilateral

3. Exploring cooperation on steel and aluminum market protections

4. Joint commitment to tackle digital trade barriers; EU pledges not to adopt network usage fees

5. Considering measures for secure supply chains, including tariff-rate quota solutions

we should probably stop using tokens deployed as a metric because it misdirects what launchpads should actually be aiming for

"creators" are often just serial deployers or non-crypto natives that extract and the effects are starting to be felt

i think that'll be a positive change moving forward that might spark interest overall once again
