Bitget announced that BGB will be upgraded to the native token of the Morph blockchain and used as its gas and governance token. Existing exchange functions remain unchanged. 220 million BGB will be burned, and the remaining 220 million locked with a 2% monthly unlock. The Morph Foundation will update the burn mechanism, targeting a total supply of 100 million based on network activity. — link
