for nominal prices of gold and btc to be meaningfully lower you would need:
1) the economy to start rolling over
2) people to start risking off as they panic sell into usd - this requires for us to be in a higher trust world where ppl believe in the government and it's symbol: the currency
3) the government to not bail us out via money printing/debasement

Ethena Labs has withdrawn from the bid to issue Hyperliquid’s USDH stablecoin. Founder Guy Young said community concerns — that Ethena is not a Hyperliquid-native team, has other product lines, and does not limit its ambitions to a single partner exchange — were valid, so the proposal was pulled. He added Ethena will continue developing hUSDe, USDe savings/cards, hedging flows on Hyperliquid, and HIP-3 markets. — link

plenty of icm projects, but only a few good ones, and its likely the few good ones will get slapped huge premiums in speculative nature
i think cards will be one of them despite glass ceilings and drawbacks
my thesis is not as complicated as what most are floating on ct
