although we always say profits is profits

to me there is a difference between good profits and bad profits

good profits:
profits that are achieved through sticking to trade plan, trade discipline, and follow through

these are the profits that will keep you going and sustain you in your trading journey

bad profits:
profits that are achieved through chasing trends or candles due to FOMO, basically not following any fixed plan but going in blind

these profits will satisfy you in that brief moment, but will not be able to sustain your trading journey in the long run as there is no plan or discipline behind it

in summary, trading is very much a mental game where a lot of discipline is needed if you wish to be consistently profitable in trading

best way to do so is to keep practicing good trading habits and taking good profits :-)
