I thought that this piece was actually pretty insightful, taking a different perspective from what is presented to retails
agree with the point on DAO as well
DAOs will keep failing as long as unqualified investors are allowed to vote simply by holding a governance token (not to mention how whales have more influence in votes simply by owning more tokens)
unqualified/uneducated retails/holders will tend to always go for short term/personal gains or make decisions that aren't clearly thought out instead of medium to long term goals that benefit the project
afterall, the barrier to voting is just holding a token which anyone can do so
not that i have a solution for this but i think DAOs will have to change to survive
