I've been following Syncus for awhile now
threw some money in to stake when they launched because i love anything ohm
i've been treating it as a degen bet tho, since most projects that claim to be inspired by ohm never sustains more than a week, hence i didnt really share

can’t remember where i read this, but something to keep in mind
the 4 scenarios in trading
1) win big
2) win small
3) lose big
4) lose small
as long as you avoid/minimize scenario 3, you’ll be winning in the long run
since adopting this mindset, my port has been slowly grinding up over time as i spot trade onchain more often with risk management and sizing
how most lose big is by trading on huge leverage
if you have to leverage, do it within means such that your liquidation won’t be a scenario 3
either lower your lev or lower your margins

the thing about projects that are ohm-ish is that once it accelerates fast enough, it reaches escape velocity very quickly
usually w ponzi projects the price never recovers after the initial run up and dump
i like how in this case, sync continues holding even after the -80% dump and continues ranging
this ponzi might be sustainable after all
if it does start running i think most will start chasing
personally, i bought, staked w no lockup, and wrote it off in advance but it has been doing well thus far (in price and yield)
