after the next explosive leg for sol memes, hot money might rotate to eth memes while sol memes take time to consolidate or cool off (unless new money comes in)
sol memes might seem "too high", while eth memes look like sol memes pre breakout, hence "cheap(er)"
coupled with eth etf trading (maybe it does something?)
was pointed out that its quite a pain to bridge sol to eth which is also true, so that might reduce the scale of rotation due to inertia
mog is excluded in this idea because it has already been outperforming
