At the core of MIDAS is a consistently profitable Gold-USD AI trading bot with different risk profiles, compounding and redistributing parts of the profits as USDC dividends to stakers.

I. The bot:
- Continuously improved for the past 3 years
- Back tested for over a year
- Proven track record of 30-50% profits per month (~2% a day), 24/5
- Paper-traded $10k to $4m on Moderate risk over the course of 14 months.

II. The secret sauce:
- Consistency and long-term stability are achieved with a synergy between algorithms and the trading team.
- By paying close attention to economic events, they can decide to pause trading during days of high impact news.

III. Scaling structure:
As powerful as they may be, Midas trading bots are nothing without the structure allowing it to scale, exponentially.

a. Copytrading:
- Hold at least 0.1% of the supply to be eligible for copytrading Midas bots on any risk profile.
- This requires a KYC with FP Market, or buy NFTs for those who cannot KYC. Currently, there is $240k in copytrading funds.

b. White label:
- Projects and companies who partner with Midas can use the bot as a white label service to churn profits for themselves and open up copytrading for their community.

c. Revenues:
Midas takes 50% of the profits from their Copytrading and Whitelabeling services

d. Dividends:
Investors who stake 0.2% / 1% / 2% / 3% of the supply will start earning monthly USDC dividends from 20% of ALL Midas revenue streams on the 6th month without unstaking:
1. Midas AI Gold trading bots
2. Copytrading to individuals
3. White-label to projects

IV. Tokenomics:
- Supply of 100,000,000 with a 8% trading tax, divided between development and the funding of bot accounts on their broker (FP Markets).

- 70% to liquidity, 5% for the team, 5% for bot consultants, and 20% for the first 20 months of staking rewards on the Sphynx Labs platform.
a. There is a 50% unstaking fee the first 24 days.
b. Currently, 52% of the supply is staked.

V. Team:
- Singapore-based team team
- They have been software developers and professional forex traders for the past 9 years.
- They are partially doxxed and will eventually fully dox later.
- They had successful businesses within and outside crypto, which got one of the founders on national television.

VI. Drawbacks:
- Bots are centralized and the algorithms are not open source
- Lack of transparency on how team and staking rewards tokens are used

VII. Personal thoughts:
- I see Midas as a TradFi-to-crypto converter at scale. It takes liquidity out of TradFi to inject into crypto.
- The opposite of what scammers do by extracting so much liquidity out of crypto.
- Soon Midas will be responsible for pumping Bitcoin.
