Burn vs True Burn:

Burn - means sending tokens to an address that nobody has the keys to aka dead address.

True Burn - unminting tokens which means those tokens will no longer exist anywhere.

True Burn is more favorable because there are actually less tokens in existence, therefore the value of all remaining tokens have to increase. Tokens in a burn wallet still count toward circulating supply and theoretically increase value because they are never sold.
