Please note that if we are NOT able to extend the monsoon challenge because of these issues, then rest be assured that we will certainly do some other activity using which users will be able to earn extra points later.

Right now, do remember that the important part is to provide everyone with a great experience. If we extend the deadline, that would mean users experiencing more issues as the outage will not get fixed until the traffic decreases.

So do feel free to share this with your users and ask them to certainly keep an completing their labs/skill badges if they are able to amidst these issues but at the same time, DO NOT worry as we will certainly compensate them for this lost time in the future. ✔️ *Student Progress Reports and Lab Limits*
As Google Team are constantly evaluating and trying to find users who are taking advantage of the platform by performing irregular activities on the Google Cloud Skills Boost platform, they had to delay the student progress emails by a few more days. 😞

We know that with the lack of visibility in reports and the lab limits, it can be frustrating for both facilitators and the users to participate in the program, but as shared earlier, Google Team will take these kind of violations VERY SERIOUSLY and while it can hamper the UX for some time, its important for us to go through this activity to prevent any further misuse in the longer run while we remove and blacklist these users from the platform.

Users can expect the progress emails before the end of this week regardless of our results of the lab limits violation.

The Google Cloud Skills Boost Public Profile URL - Users can use the form to update their public profile URL by using their registered email ID. Note: Only new profile URLs will be accepted and overwritten. If a profile URL is already being used by another user, then no changes will take affect to avoid wrong updations.
The Facilitator Referral Code - Users can now use the form to update their referral code as well. Note: A referral code for any registered user can only be updated ONCE. So please all the users be very careful while filling the form as they will NOT receive another chance to update their referral code once update.
