They have also talked to the Ust-Luga harbor pilot Alexander Stechentsev, mistakenly reported by many as the captain of the Yi Peng 3.

@moklasen: The translation of the Telegram text put it as the 26th Tank Regiment of the 11th Air Assault Bde, but like you I understand it as two separate units involved In the same assault. Additionally, the 11th only has a tank company I believe not a regiment. I don’t have a laptop access still so I can’t check, but did you log both units separately in the area already?
