We will use every lever and every vote at our disposal, regardless of the personal or political consequences. This matter is that time-sensitive and it is that existential. It is legacy-defining.

We all want an immediate end to this brutal Russian invasion and killing. For a peace agreement to be fair and lasting, it must be done in a way that holds the Russian invaders accountable, protects the dignity of the Ukrainian victims, and provides for fair and equitable cost-sharing amongst all European nations. To do otherwise would be to encourage future invasions and to perpetuate future heartache and bloodshed.

This is about Peace Through Strength. This is about Patriotic Common Sense. And Patriotic Common Sense is what America must always stand for.

RT @Jeff21461: 🇩🇪 Germany has signed a framework agreement with to General Dynamics European Land Systems for the procurement of up to 256 Piranha 5 Armoured Personnel Carriers.

The first tranche contracted along with the signing of the agreement consists of 58 vehicles worth a 3-digit million € sum, with delivery expected to start in 2026.

These vehicles will serve as the basis for Germany's new long-range communication system named TaWAN. Additionally, the vehicles are expected to be built in Germany, potentially negating any Swiss export restrictions.

Musk also claims community notes are "being gamed by governments & legacy media", but provides no evidence for that claim.

The entire point of the community notes system is that it's independent of the personal views of the people running this platform. If Musk starts tampering with the system because he personally dislikes some notes, then how could users continue to trust it?
